Coaching Trajectory: Transform Your Life
In this coaching trajectory of 10 sessions of one and a half hours each, we’ll go through the 7-step plan together to realize positive developments in your life. In which areas of life are things not going well or have you gotten stuck? Where do you want to create movement, so that things start flowing again? “Let it flow” means the following:
- Let the energy flow: unconsciously we hold ourselves back through how we think and how we feel. From holding yourself back to positive thinking and expressing what you feel to claim your space;
- Raise your energy level: live from love, compassion and trust and experience pleasure and satisfaction with what you’re engaged in;
- Step into the flow: being open to and seeing possibilities and creative solutions.
Transform Your Life
Step 1: BEING What is your core? Who are you? What do you stand for? What do you find important in life? Realizing positive developments in your life comes from who you are. That’s why we give attention to this first.
Step 2: WANTING What do you want to do and experience in your life? Identifying what you want can be quite difficult and we’re going to tackle this together, so that it becomes effortless. So that you can easily say what you want, because it makes you happy.
Step 3: DOING What’s holding you back from taking action? We’re going to work on transforming your limiting beliefs and feelings about yourself and about the world around you into your desired beliefs and feelings.
Step 4: RECEIVING What is your current balance regarding giving and receiving? At work, in your relationships and regarding your health? Restore the balance in your life with a focus on “receiving” based on self-love, compassion, trust and communication.
Step 5: SHARING Enjoy the process towards your goals. Share the misses, the pitfalls, the victories and the successes.
Step 6: SEEING Let the insights come to you. Pay attention to the signals. Seize your opportunities. Take Action from rest and trust. Positive developments come about when you take action. In which areas of life do you want to become more active? What steps will you take? What do you need?
Step 7: CONGRUENT This step focuses on integration. Integration of all six steps that we have reviewed and that you have been working with. Be congruent with what you want to experience in your life.
This private coaching program costs €1575 and lasts a maximum of 6 months.
